Yard Sign Initiative Sets New Record

The response for 'End the War' yard signs has been overwhelmingly positive. More UA households have signed up in two days than any other UAPA campaign before!

If you want a yard sign delivered to your house this weekend so that we can make the strongest statement of solidarity, you can still sign up until midnight tonight. After that, signs will be available for pickup at the UAPA booth at Taste of UA next Tuesday.

Pryce is feeling the heat from the Iraq Summer campaign. Check out this email sent to Pryce's followers yesterday, recruiting people for her Letter-to-the-Editor defense team.

Looks like we'll need some LTE writers of our own. They should all start with "I am a resident of the 15th Congressional district....."!!

The Iraq Summer campaign will be holding a Letter to the Editor campaign in front of the UA Public Library Main Branch on Saturday, August 19th from 2-4 pm to help collect LTE's on the war or write one yourself! Posters will be available, as well as free bookmarks with statistics on the Iraq war.
